This is a gimmick level based on the first level of the old video game: Frogger.
The goal is to get across a river full of moving turtle and logs, and reach one
of the glowing chumatoads on the other side.

KNOWN BUGS : Sinking turtles may grow closer to non-sinking turtles
over time. They may end up overlapping

COMPILE TIME : Minimal . . . about 20 seconds or so.
*Note* I did not run RAD due to problems with lighting
all the logs and turtles evenly.
